In this video, Jan explains his thinking about how technology changes behaviour and what happens if we don’t adapt to the evolution of the market.

He uses a different analogy in the video, but to add another one more relevant to manufacturing: just think of the requirements the EU now has regarding the environmental impact of your production and the data you need to meet them. You either adapt or deal with the consequences.
