Norfors is a utility company based in Denmark. Founded in 1965, Norfors has been a pillar of the area’s wellbeing, delivering much-needed heat to over 200,000 Danish citizens, while also advocating for environmental safety by promoting recycling and green energy.
As you probably already know, the existing SCADA solutions are complex and difficult to use and understand. The SCADA system that Norfors uses is only available for people with technical knowledge, as they were the only ones who understood what was going on, while several other staff members were left confused by the system.
